Calvert Island

We decided to detour to some of the more exposed islands. We left the safety of the inside passage for the, also safe, meanderings through a windswept archipelago.

Cruising on a foggy morning.

The mysterious little islets of Hunter Island and the serpent group.

A ton of cute little cuddlefish at the Pruth Bay dock on Calvert Island. We thank the beach institute here for the internet.

One of Alden's impressive finds.
We were so excited to have a sandy beach to walk on!

We spent several hours exploring the sandy shore.

We found the worlds smallest growing beer mug fungus.

A foggy day, but a fun one!
